- How far in advance should I book my transfer?
- We recommend booking your transfer at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we can accommodate bookings up to 2 hours before pickup subject to driver and vehicle availability.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- Our drivers monitor flight arrivals in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time both for international and domestic flights.
- Can I change or cancel my booking?
- Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time with no penalty. Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a fee (Terms & Policies).
- Are there any extra charges I should be aware of?
- The price you see during booking includes all standard fees. Additional charges may apply for excess luggage, extra stops, or special requests.
- What types of vehicles are available?
- We offer a range of vehicles to suit your needs, including standard sedans, luxury sedans, mini vans, and larger vehicles for groups. Vehicles are modern, well-maintained, and equipped with air conditioning.
- Do you offer child seats?
